Gates and Pets
We prefer that all of your pets be kept indoors and all gates be unlocked on the day your lawn is to be serviced. If you have a unique situation with a pet or gate, please let us know, and we will accommodate you. Goodearth lawn service is not responsible for lost or injured pets.  We have the right to refuse any lawn service to be done that day if this request is not met.

Items in the Yard
We ask all customers to please pick up all small items such as toys, hoses, pet waste, and other objects in the yard before our technician arrives each service. Goodearth lawn service is not responsible for damage to exposed sprinkler lines, cable lines, dog fence lines, and any other lines unless the customer informs us first of their existence. Large items such as lawn furniture and trampolines will NOT be moved.

Watering 
Please do not water your lawn the day prior to, or the day of your scheduled service. Wet grass can cause clumping and streaking.


Cancellations 
Give us at least three days notice if you must cancel your service with us for any reason, without a cancellation fee

Rain
If we are unable to complete your service due to a heavy rainfall, we will adjust the rest of the week’s schedule by one day so that we can service all remaining lawns the day after their scheduled day. 


Payment
For your convenience billing will be done the day of service, and will be due five days after the billing date. Y
ou will be able to decide whether you want to receive a bill through email or during your service. We accept payment by cash, credit or debit card,  PayPal or check. If you are paying with cash or check, you should expect payment to be due at time of service. If you are paying with a debit or credit card, or by PayPal, you can pay your bill right here on our website by clicking here.  Please make all checks payable to: Douglas Moore.


Holidays
On weeks when a national holiday falls Monday through Saturday, we will adjust the rest of the week’s schedule by one day so that we can service all remaining lawns the day after their scheduled day.
